Walk-ins welcome, rooms based on availability
PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Upon reservation, we require a
deposit
equal to 50% plus any applicable taxes or fees. Full payment is
required upon arrival. the Lodge Gladly accepts Cash Check Visa and
Master card
No Refunds on canceled special events or group rentals.
50% refunds on cancellation with in 48 hours before your 11am
check in time
cancellation or any damages incurred by guests. Your deposit is
acceptance of our payment and cancellation policy.
PARKING: Free to guests and based on availability especially
during
snow. Limit 2 spaces/room.
HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS: During special events
rates may be
higher than advertised.
TELESCOPES: You are welcome to bring your telescope and set it
up on our front patio for stargazing.
CHILDREN: All ages are welcome at the Lodge. Parents or
guardians
accept all responsibility for any damages. Please SUPERVISE
your
children at all times and keep noise to a minimum.
TV: The Lodge rooms do not have televisions. We choose to
promote music, conversation, peace & quiet, and falling back in love.
LIMITED LIABILITY: The Lodge shall not be
